Cost & Pricing

How I got here, without making it a novel

Most marketing agencies and freelancers are trained to execute tactics like ads, content, SEO, and social, often based on trends or what's working right now, but without a unifying system. The result is usually more activity and visibility, not more trust.

Everything we do is built on the Endless Customers™ system, a proven approach used by service businesses around the world to earn genuine trust and drive sustainable growth.

Instead of helping you make more noise, we help you create the right content, in the right order, so buyers understand you, feel confident, and come into sales conversations more prepared. When marketing works this way, sales gets easier and more consistent.

If you want to understand the thinking behind this approach, you can learn more in the Learning Center, specifically about the Endless Customers™ system.

What does it cost to work with you, and what determines the price?

Our work isn’t priced around tactics or hours. It’s based on how much support you want, how involved you want to be, and how much of the execution you want handled for you.

Some clients want a clear roadmap and coaching. Others want to build things together. Others want most of the heavy lifting off their plate. That difference in involvement is what drives pricing.

To get better understanding about the different levels of support, check out our Services & Pricing page.

Is this mainly SEO, ads, or social media?

No. We can absolutely support those, but we don't start with tactics.

We focus on building clear, trust-earning messaging and content that works everywhere, your website, your emails, your sales follow-up, your social posts, and even your ads.

Because if the message is fuzzy, ads and SEO just amplify confusion. But when the message is clear and your videos and funnel do the heavy lifting, every channel starts working better, and sales gets easier.

Learn more about how we can help on our services & pricing page.

How do we know which offer is the right fit for my business?

First thing to do is review our services and pricing price.

Then from there, it’s best place to start is a short discovery call.

This is just an honest conversation, where you're doing most of the talking. There's no pitch, no pressure or assumptions.

We'll ask plenty of questions to understand how your prospects & buyers currently experience your business, where friction exists to prevent conversions & trust. Ultimately, it's about gaining clarity to see what's really going on and whether we can help fix it.

What do I need to make videos, and what does it cost?

You likely need far less than you think.

We provide clients with a recommended tech stack, including simple equipment, tools, and platforms that match their comfort level and goals.

Depending on the level of support, we may bring equipment, set things up with you, and/or train your team so video creation feels manageable and reproducible.

The goal isn't to turn you into a production studio. It's to help you feel confident creating clear, helpful videos without overcomplicating things or overspending.

Risks, Concerns & Things That Could Go Wrong

What if we've tried marketing before and it didn't work?

That's incredibly common, and usually not because you didn't try hard enough.

Most businesses try a series of disconnected tactics without a unifying system. The result is effort without momentum.

We don't add more tactics. We help you connect what you're already doing into something buyers can actually follow and trust.

How do I know this won't turn into another marketing experiment?

Because this isn't built on trends or guesses.

The Endless Customers system is proven, repeatable, and grounded in how real buyers make decisions. We're not testing ideas on you, we're applying a system that already works.

Learn more about Endless Customers in our Learning Center.

What if my industry is boring, complex, or hard to explain?

That's often where this works best.

When something feels complex, buyers are usually overwhelmed, not uninterested. Clear explanations stand out more in those industries because so few companies take the time to provide them.

What if I don't want to sound salesy, scripted, or fake?

Good, neither do we. This isn't about hype or persuasion tricks. It's about clarity, honesty, and answering the questions buyers are already asking themselves.

Everything we create is built around sounding like a real person having an honest conversation, not a pitch. Buyers respond to honesty, not polish. The goal is to sound like you do in real conversations, just clearer and more intentional. If something feels forced, we stop and fix it.

Is this going to become another thing my team starts but doesn't finish?

Only if it's designed that way, which we actively try to avoid.

The work is structured around progress, not perfection. We focus on building assets and habits that compound over time, rather than big projects that stall out.

If things slow down or priorities shift, the work adjusts. The goal is forward motion that fits real business conditions, not ideal ones.

What happens if we're busy and can't move as fast as planned?

That’s more common than people expect.

Businesses get busy. Priorities shift. Capacity changes. We plan for that instead of pretending it won’t happen.

If things need to slow down, we adjust the pace without losing the thread of the work. You don’t lose what’s been built, and you don’t have to start over. We simply pick back up from where things make sense.

The goal isn’t constant motion. It’s steady progress that fits the reality of running a service business.

Comparisons & Alternatives

How is this different from hiring a marketing agency or freelancer?

Many agencies and freelancers help with posts, ads, content, reports, etc. Most oftentimes these activities start with well intentioned goals, but most of them are not guided by a proven framework, but mainly based on trends, and what “seems” to be working right now. All of these activities can help to get attention, but they don’t always create trust.

Trusted Voice is built on the Endless Customers system and its 4 pillars…

1. Say what others won't

2. Show what others won't

3. Sell in ways others won't

4. Be more human than others are willing to be.

That gives you a unifying approach, so your marketing stops feeling scattered and starts preparing buyers to trust you and choose you. Learn more on our Services Page.

Is this mainly SEO, ads, or social media?

No, but everything we do absolutely affects your SEO, social media and ads (and more). But we don't start with tactics, but a time-tested marketing & sales framework, Endless Customers™.

Do you run our ads or manage paid traffic for us?

No, we don't operate as an ad agency.

That said, this isn't coming from a place of inexperience. Keith Gilmore, the founder of Trusted Voice Marketing, has personally managed paid ad budgets of up to $40,000.00 per month. So we understand how ads work, how platforms behave, and what actually affects performance.

Our focus, however, is on what determines whether traffic converts in the first place: clear messaging, helpful content, and videos that do the heavy lifting before a sales conversation ever happens.

What we build supports ads, SEO, social, email, outbound, and referrals. When buyers arrive already clearer and more confident, every channel you're using tends to work better - without needing to constantly spend more to force results.

What makes content marketing different from traditional advertising?

At its core, advertising and marketing serve different roles.

Advertising is designed to interrupt. It pushes a message in front of someone and asks for attention in the moment. That can work, and advertising still has a place, especially when it's supported by the right foundation.

The content marketing we focus on is built on the Endless Customers™ approach. Instead of promoting offers or creating noise, it answers real buyer questions, explains how things work, and addresses the concerns that usually surface later in the sales process.

That kind of content works before, during, and after the sale. It prepares buyers before they reach out, supports sales conversations while decisions are being made, and continues to reinforce confidence afterward.

What kinds of marketing do you focus on most, and why?

We focus most on content (especially video) that helps buyers feel confident and understand you before they ever talk to sales.

The reason is simple. Today, well over 90% of the content people consume online is video.

We're not chasing platforms or trends. We focus on a small number of clear videos and supporting content that explain how things work, set expectations, and address the concerns that usually slow sales down.

When that content is in place, everything else works better. Your website makes more sense. Sales calls feel easier. And if you use ads, SEO, or social, those channels stop doing all the heavy lifting on their own.

Process, Experience &
What It's Like to Work Together

What does Trusted Voice Marketing actually do, and what do you not do?

At the core, we help service businesses become their buyer's trusted voice, without gimmicks or being pushy. When they earn trust before the first sales conversation, buyers show up more confident and sales become so much easier.

Practically, that means we help you build a clear, repeatable marketing system based on the Endless Customers approach, using the content and channels that actually move the needle for service businesses today, especially video.

What we do not do: We are NOT a general "do everything" marketing agency. Which means we don't...

❌ Run your business for you or replace your internal leadership

❌ Promise guaranteed numbers or act like marketing is a magic lever

❌ Chase trends, post for the sake of posting, or fill calendars with noise

❌ Sell you disconnected tactics that look busy but don't achieve results

❌ Primarily operate as an ad agency (even though we've run ad accounts of $40k/mo in the past)

Disclaimer: If you want someone to crank out endless posts, manage ads as the main strategy, or try a bunch of tactics until something works, we're probably not the right fit.

Everything we do is built on the Endless Customers™ system, a proven approach used by service businesses around the world to earn genuine trust and drive sustainable growth.

If you want to understand the thinking behind this approach, you can learn more in the Learning Center,

What is Endless Customers?

In its simplest form, Endless Customers is a system for earning trust at scale by showing what others in your industry hide-so buyers come to you already convinced.

It helps businesses replace hype and lead-chasing with radical transparency:

Real costs

Real risks

Real comparisons

Real behind-the-scenes decisions

Instead of "selling," you teach publicly-answering the uncomfortable questions customers are already Googling but competitors avoid. When you do that consistently, you don't hunt for leads. Customers self-select, self-educate, and show up ready.

Go to our Learning Center for a fuller explanation.

How do we know which offer is the right fit?

First thing to do is review our services and pricing page

But then from there, it’s best place to start is a short discovery call.

Who is it we will NOT work with?

🚫 Those who mainly want cheap leads and you're shopping on price first.

🚫 Those who want someone to "just do marketing for us" but you're not willing to stay involved enough to keep it real and accurate.

🚫 Those who want guaranteed numbers, even if the inputs (time, responsiveness, follow-through) are out of your control.

🚫 Those who are looking for a quick fix because things feel urgent, and you want it solved fast more than you want it solved right.

🚫 Those who want marketing to be a slot machine: push buttons, get leads, no change required.

🚫 Those who’ve decided in advance that marketing is an expense to minimize, not an investment you'll commit to long enough to let it compound.

🚫 Those who want someone to blame when it doesn't work, instead of treating this like leadership and ownership.

🚫 Those who  mainly want more posts, more ads, more activity so it feels like something is happening, even if it doesn't change sales conversations.

🚫 Those who are not willing to show up as the subject matter expert in any meaningful way (even in small, practical ways), and you want the whole message to be outsourced.

What kind of time and involvement do you need from us each week?

That depends on the level of support you choose. It typically ranges from 30 days, or 6 - 12 months.

At a minimum, we need access to your thinking - your experience, your perspective, and the questions buyers ask you every day.  Some clients spend several focused hours a week, with our coaching as their guide. Others are more hands-off because we're doing more for them.

We design this to fit your real capacity, not an ideal version of your calendar.

Who will I be working with, and how does support work between calls?

You'll mainly work directly with Keith Gilmore, founder of Trusted Voice Marketing and a digital marketing coach with 18 years of experience.

Support is structured based on the level of engagement you choose, with regular working sessions and clear next steps so you're not guessing what to do or when.

Between calls, guidance is available as questions come up during the work. The goal is steady progress without overwhelm, even when business gets busy.

Book a FREE discovery call with Keith to get acquainted and see if working together is a good fit, or not.

How do you help our sales team beyond just getting more leads?

It reduces friction. When buyers show up better informed, sales spends less time explaining basics and more time helping people make decisions. That changes the pace and tone of conversations.

Sales people often report fewer surprises, fewer "not ready" conversations, and more confidence on both sides of the call.

Learn more in the Learning Center, about how the marketing strategy within Endless Customers™ framework is a force-multiplier to making your sales easier.

What happens if we need to pause or slow things down?

It's more common we need to pause or slow down than if everything "goes as planned".

Businesses get busy. Priorities shift. Capacity changes. We plan for that instead of pretending it won’t happen. So when things need to slow down, we adjust the pace without losing the thread of the work. The goal isn’t constant motion. It’s steady progress that fits the reality of running a service business.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. For most ongoing engagements, there is a minimum commitment, typically ranging from 30 days, or 6 - 12 months.

Not because of contracts or lock-ins, but because if your goal is to become your buyer’s trusted voice, that obviously doesn’t happen in a single week or month.

That said, not everything we offer requires a long-term commitment. The 2-Step Trust Accelerator is intentionally designed as a focused, short-term engagement for businesses that want to address a very specific bottleneck quickly, without committing to an ongoing program.

Learn more about the various options on our Services & Pricing page.

Can you help with content ideas and strategy?

Yes. That's a core part of the work.

Most service businesses don't struggle because they can't create content. They struggle because they're not sure what's worth creating, in what order, or how it's supposed to help with earning trust and making sales easier.

We help you identify the questions buyers are already asking-especially the ones they hesitate to ask out loud-and turn those into clear, practical content ideas. The focus isn't volume or trends. It's usefulness.

That strategy is shaped around how buyers actually make decisions today: researching on their own, wanting clarity before talking to sales, and needing fewer surprises along the way.

The end result is a content plan that feels manageable, purposeful, and directly connected to real sales conversations-not a long list of posts you feel pressured to keep up with.

Do you use AI?

Yes, we use AI, but probably not in the way most business owners are worried about.

The way we think about AI is simple. Creating good marketing, especially content, involves a lot of uphill work. AI acts more like a ski lift. It speeds up the climb and helps you get where you're going faster, but it doesn't decide where you're going or what you say once you get there.

The real difference is context. When AI is used without a framework, it tends to produce things that sound fine but don't really help buyers, or it just mirrors what's popular right now. When it's paired with a proven approach like Endless Customers™, it becomes a force multiplier, not a content slot machine.

We also help clients use AI in a practical way that saves time without watering down their message. That includes prompts, structure, and guardrails so the output still sounds like you and actually helps buyers understand and decide.

Results, Proof & Measurement

How soon do clients usually notice sales getting easier?

It's not unusual that within weeks after putting into place a simple marketing funnel we use, many see an increase of 60% - 90% in quality leads.

But it's not just the lead quality, but the conversations are different. Buyers come in more informed. They ask better questions. You spend less time explaining the same basics or justifying why you charge what you charge. Calls feel calmer and more focused.

This doesn't magically fix everything overnight, but it does remove a lot of the friction that makes sales feel hard in the first place. Over time, as more of your marketing reflects this clarity, that ease becomes more consistent instead of hit or miss.

How do you measure whether this is working beyond more traffic?

Traffic alone doesn't tell us much. We look at things like...

- Are buyers showing up more informed?

- Are sales conversations getting shorter or smoother?
- Are fewer people asking basic, repetitive questions?

- Are the right people booking conversations?

Those signals matter more than vanity metrics because they reflect buyer confidence, not just attention.

How do you determine the success of a content marketing campaign?

We look at outcomes, not just metrics.

Better conversations. Fewer surprises on sales calls. More confident buyers. Clearer alignment between marketing and sales. Those shifts usually appear before the numbers fully catch up.

What kind of results have other clients seen?

Clients often report things like...

Higher-quality leads

Buyers showing up more informed and prepared

Fewer repetitive explanations on sales calls

Less price resistance and fewer "just shopping" conversations

In some cases, this clarity has led to measurable outcomes like stronger conversion rates, faster decisions, or significant revenue growth over time.

We do NOT make promises or guarantees about specific numbers, because results depend on your market, your offer, and how consistently the work is applied.

We do promise, however, to work with our clients until it’s clear that the system is doing what it's supposed to do: your content is doing the heavy lifting before the call, so the right people come in more prepared and decisions get simpler.

If you'd like to see real examples from past clients, check out our Testimonials & Case Studies Page to see featured client experiences and results.

How does this shorten the sales cycle?

At it’s core, the main job of marketing is to make sales superfluous.

This is just a fancy way of saying that, when marketing does its true job,  sales doesn’t have to convince or chase.

And in our experience, most sales teams don’t struggle because they lack leads. They struggle because of a lack trust - prospects show up appointments and calls skeptical, cautious, confused, and often resistant to see the true value of your solutions (hence the price pushback).

The content we help you create addresses the concerns and questions they are already asking themselves long before they ever talk to you or your team. That means fewer “basic” conversations, fewer surprises, and far less time spent re-explaining pricing, process, or fit.

Sales calls become shorter, calmer, and more focused. Buyers come in with context. They trust you more quickly. Decisions happen faster.  In other words, this doesn’t just create more leads, it creates better conversations, which is what actually moves revenue forward.

This is why the Endless Customers™ marketing and sales framework has been proven all over the world. Learn more in our Learning Center.

Video & Content Creation

Do I need to be good on camera for this to work?

No. 99% of everyone we work with feels awkward at first. That's completely normal.

But the goal isn't to come across polished, and it's not about being naturally confident or comfortable on camera. You just need to be clear, honest, and willing to help your buyer understand the things they're already worried about.

With the right guidance and structure, confidence tends to grow over time. Not because you became a performer, but because you know exactly what you're trying to help people understand.

And for what it's worth, Keith actually went to school for acting, so you'll be in good hands. More importantly, he knows how to help real people sound like themselves, not like they're reading lines.

Do I really have to be on camera for this to work?

You don't have to be, but we do strongly recommend it when possible.

Having a subject matter expert from your company on camera is usually the most effective option. Buyers tend to trust explanations more when they come directly from the people who actually do the work and understand the details. It helps buyers feel more confident and makes sales conversations start on much firmer ground.

This isn't about being polished or performing. It's about clearly explaining what buyers are already trying to understand. If you're open to it, we guide your subject matter expert(s) so the process feels manageable and natural.

What if no one on our team wants to be on camera, or we don’t have the time or capacity for it?

That's a real situation, and it's one we can talk through.

If having an internal subject matter expert on camera truly isn't realistic right now, using a professional spokesperson can be a workable alternative in certain cases. We help evaluate whether that approach makes sense for your business, your buyers, and the goals you're trying to accomplish.

Our goal is not to force anything. It ultimately comes down to you choosing the approach that fits your reality while still giving buyers the clarity they need to move forward with confidence.

How much content do we actually need to make for this to be effective?

Surprisingly, many times it can be as simple as one important video on your booking page that clients see how fast and incredibly effective the Endless Customers™ system really is.

Ultimately, it’s often much less than most people think.

A small number of well-placed pieces can do more than dozens of disconnected posts. We focus on leverage, not volume for volume's sake.

What do I need to make videos, and what does it cost?

You likely need far less than you think.
